With experience, we’re not just talking about how many years they have held the license, of course, but what they have done in the time they had held the license. There are some great new agent who’ve not been in the business for a long time but it has a tremendous enthusiasm and worked hard to learn everything possible about the business, there are also some sales agents who have been there for years who did not care to learn anything new since they started. Do not judge a broker who has several years they have been running this business, do not ask questions to find out what they knew and how they feel about learning new things.
